Today marks 10 years since she left this earth, but I still find myself playing her music as if it was released two months ago. The only way to describe Aaliyah's music is true. True rhythm and blues at its finest. There are many great artists today, but no one comes close to the sound and feeling that Aaliyah left in her music. Whether it was Age Aint Nothing but a Number(1994) or One in a Million(1996), both albums were great. If she were alive today, there is no doubt that she would be one of the greatest artists ranking over many leading female artists today.
